Thank you for your interest in becoming a member for the Havanese Fanciers of Canada!  The following form can be used for Associate, Junior and Foreign Non Voting Membership:

Along with your application, please e-transfer your $25 associate membership fee to treasurer.hfcclub@gmail.com
